  Had an electrical problem on my yacht whilst in Eden. Nick, who is supposed to be a electrician, came to "take a look" and rather than do a through job checking all the major wires, only tested the batteries that were only a year old and told me I had to replace them. He even suggested I replaced the one battery the tested well. They didn't remove the batteries or install the new ones. After ordering 4 overpriced new AGM batteries, I had to almost beg them to take them to the yacht as we had a short weather window to leave. These are the type of guys that give marine tradesman a bad name. Once I returned to Sydney, an electrician quickly picked up on the fact that one of the battery cables was old and needed replacing as the soldered terminal was slipping out.
